NORME DI COMPORTAMENTO E SICUREZZA

  1. Per affrontare i percorsi all’interno di CBR è necessaria una buona forma fisica e una discreta conoscenza nella pratica della mountain bike.
  2. E’ obbligatorio l’uso del casco.
  3. Essere sempre autosufficienti. Meta da raggiungere e velocità devono essere sempre stabilite in funzione all’abilità personale, all’equipaggiamento, al terreno.
  4. L’accesso al resort comporta da parte dell’atleta l’assunzione della piena responsabilità della propria condotta e delle conseguenze derivanti da essa. La percorrenza dei sentieri è a proprio rischio e pericolo, valutare bene le possibili conseguenze delle proprie azioni.
  5. Nessuna responsabilità sarà imputabile ai gestori di CBR per qualsiasi situazione che dovesse arrecare danno all’atleta a causa della sua condotta o a causa di eventuali pericoli che l’atleta dovesse incontrare nel percorrere un determinato sentiero.
  6. Tutti i percorsi di CBR sono vie pubbliche ad uso pubblico, procedere con la massima prudenza rispettando il Codice della Strada nei tratti carrabili.
  7. Nei tratti carrabili prestare la massima attenzione ai veicoli che, talvolta, procedono in senso opposto mantenendo la destra.
  8. Dare la precedenza agli utenti non motorizzati ed in special modo a quelli a piedi.
  9. Rallentare ed usare cautela nell’avvicinare e superare altri riders in bicicletta o persone che fanno trekking in montagna, facendo in modo che si accorgano della vostra presenza con anticipo.
  10. Controllare sempre la velocità ed affrontare le curve prevedendo che vi si possa incontrare qualcuno. L’andatura deve essere commisurata all’esperienza di ciascuno ed al tipo di terreno.
  11. Restare sui percorsi già tracciati per non arrecare danni alla vegetazione e limitare l’erosione del suolo evitando di tagliare terreni molli (riducendo così al minimo l’impatto ambientale).
  12. Non provocare, dare da mangiare e infastidire gli animali presenti, siano essi domestici o selvatici.
  13. Non lasciare rifiuti. Portare con sé i propri e, se possibile, raccogliere quelli abbandonati da altri.
  14. Rispettare le proprietà pubbliche e private, inclusi i cartelli segnaletici, lasciare i cancelli così come sono stati trovati avendo cura di chiuderli dopo il vostro passaggio.
  15. Prestare attenzione nell’attraversare zone nelle quali vi sono battute di caccia in corso rimanendo sempre visibile e avvisando della propria presenza.
  16. Prima di iniziare l’escursione verificare sempre lo stato di percorribilità di ciascun sentiero consultando il portale web di CBR.
  17. Avvisare i gestori di CBR qualora si dovessero riscontrare criticità nel percorrere un determinato sentiero (es: frane, smottamenti, allagamenti, caduta alberi, vegetazione che ostruisce il passaggio, ecc..).
  18. Prima di iniziare l’escursione valutare le condizioni meteorologiche esistenti e quelle previste, tenendo presente, inoltre, che la vastità e il dislivello del territorio nel quale è interessato il resort è soggetto a frequenti e repentini cambiamenti delle condizioni meteo.
  19. In caso di vento forte (o fitta nebbia) evitare i sentieri esposti e quelli situati sui crinali.
  20. In caso di temporale non avventurarsi nei percorsi boschivi e/o allontanarsi da questi il più in fretta possibile. (NB: durante un temporale in corso lo staff di CBR si riserva di sospendere tutti i servizi di escursione accompagnata e di risalita fino a quando lo stesso non è terminato).
  21. Se si viene sorpresi da un temporale:
    • trovare riparo nel bosco, ma tenendo una distanza da tronchi e rami bassi di almeno tre metri;
    • Evitare:
      • i bordi dei boschi con alberi alti, le cime delle montagne o delle colline;
      • le recinzioni metalliche (possono trasmettere la corrente per centinaia di metri se non dispongono di adeguata messa a terra);
      • gli alberi isolati, soprattutto con rami lunghi e sporgenti
    • Se non è possibile trovare riparo accovacciarsi a terra in corrispondenza di un avvallamento, possibilmente non allagato dalla pioggia, tenendo le braccia attorno alle ginocchia con i piedi vicini l’un l’altro, per ridurre al minimo la resistenza elettrica con la tensione di passo. Non sdraiarsi mai a terra, perché la maggiore superficie di appoggio potrebbe far fluire attraverso il corpo una maggiore quantità di elettricità del fulmine. Se si è in gruppo, tenere una distanza di almeno cinque metri fra una persona e l’altra.
  22. Avvisare le autorità (115) se si dovessero avvistare incendi e tenersi alla larga da essi.
  23. In caso di emergenza chiamare il pronto intervento (118).
  24. È richiesto ai riders esperti ed ai locali di fare da guida sui percorsi ai nuovi rider ospiti e di far rispettare il regolamento.
  25. Durante le risalite a bordo dei mezzi di proprietà CBR, devono essere rispettate le basilari norme di comportamento; è vietato mangiare, disturbare in qualsiasi forma il conducente e/o mettere a rischio l’incolumità propria o degli altri all’interno del veicolo.

 

 

Behavior and safety rules

  1. In order to tackle the pathways within CBR it is necessary to have good physical fitness and a fair knowledge in the practice of mountain biking.
  2. The use of the helmet is mandatory.

  5. No responsibility will be attributable to the CBR managers for any situation that would harm the athlete because of his or her conduct or because of any dangers that the athlete would encounter in running a particular path.
  6. All CBR pathways are public routes for public use, proceed with the utmost prudence respecting the road code in the driveways.
  7. in driveways, pay the utmost attention to vehicles which, sometimes, proceed in the opposite direction, keeping the right.
  8. give precedence to non-motored users and especially to those on foot.
  9. Slow down and use caution when approaching and overcoming other cycling riders or people trekking in the mountains, making sure that you are aware of your presence beforehand.
  10. always check the speed and face the curves foreseeing that you can meet someone. The gait must be commensurate with the experience of each and the type of terrain.
  11. to remain on the paths already traced in order not to damage the vegetation and to limit the erosion of the soil avoiding to cut soft soils (thus reducing to the minimum the environmental impact).
  12. do not provoke, feed and annoy the animals present, whether domestic or wild.
  13. do not leave rubbish. Bring your own and, if possible, collect those abandoned by others.
  14. Respect the public and private properties, including signs, leave the gates as they were found taking care to close them after your passage.
  15. Be careful when crossing areas where there are hunting trips in progress always remaining visible and alerting their presence.
  16. before starting the excursion, always check the practicable status of each path by consulting the CBR Web portal.
  17. Warn the CBR operators if there is a critical path to the trail (e.g., landslides, rockfalls, flooding, tree fall, vegetation obstructing the passage, etc.).
  18. before starting the excursion, evaluate the existing and foreseen meteorological conditions, taking into account, moreover, that the vastness and the difference in the territory in which the resort is concerned is subject to frequent and sudden changes of Weather conditions.
  19. In Case of strong wind (or dense fog) avoid the exposed paths and those located on the ridges.
  20. In The event of a thunderstorm, do not venture into forest paths and/or move away from them as quickly as possible. (NB: During a thunderstorm in progress the staff of CBR reserves the right to suspend all the services of excursion accompanied and of ascent until the same is finished).
  21. If you are surprised by a thunderstorm:
    • Find shelter in the woods, but keeping a distance from logs and low branches of at least three yards;
    • Avoid
      • The edges of the woods with tall trees, the tops of mountains or hills;
      • Metal fences (can transmit the current for hundreds of meters if they do not have adequate grounding);
      • Isolated trees, especially with long, protruding branches;
    • If it is not possible to find shelter crouching on the ground in correspondence of a hollow, possibly not flooded by the rain, holding the arms around the knees with the feet close to each other, to minimize the electrical resistance with the Pitch tension. Never lie down on the ground, as the larger support surface could cause a greater amount of lightning power to flow through the body. If you are in a group, keep a distance of at least five meters between one person and another.
  22. Notify the authorities (115) If there are any fires and stay away from them.
  23. In Case of emergency, call the first Responders (118).
  24. The expert riders and the locals are required to guide the routes to the new rider guests and enforce the rules.
  25. The basic rules of conduct must be complied with during the dates on board the means of property CBR; It is forbidden to eat, to disturb in any form the driver and/or to endanger the safety of his own or of the others inside the vehicle.
